Consent to Personal Data Processing
I, hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Subject," pursuant to the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006, voluntarily, of my own free will, and in my own interests, give my consent to Zuykov & Partners Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company," OGRN 1047796670866, legal address: 28 Grokholsky Lane, Moscow, 129090) to process my personal data, as I provided while visiting the Company's website https://zipdetect.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") by completing an application on the Company's Website. This application is then sent to the Website Administration for a return call from the Company's employees or a written consultation to the email address I provided.
By "personal data," I mean any information related to me as the Personal Data Subject, including my last name, first name, middle name, address, education, profession, contact information (phone, fax, email, postal address), photographs, and other information.
By "processing personal data," I mean any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without automated means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
The processing of the personal data of the Personal Data Subject is carried out in compliance with the principles and rules stipulated by Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data."
The processing of the personal data of the Personal Data Subject is carried out solely for the purposes of the Website and the Company's intellectual property services, followed by an initial consultation with the Personal Data Subject, either in writing or orally via a telephone call to the contact email address and/or telephone number specified by the Personal Data Subject on the Company Website.
The date of consent to the processing of the Personal Data Subject's personal data is the date of their first visit to the Company Website when accessing the main page of the Company Website.
The processing of the Personal Data of the Personal Data Subject may be carried out using automated and/or non-automated means in accordance with current Russian legislation and the Company's Privacy Policy regarding personal data.
The Company takes or ensures the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, disclosure, or distribution, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data, and undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data of the Personal Data Subject.
The Company has the right to engage subcontractors to process the personal data of the Personal Data Subject, while ensuring that such subcontractors undertake appropriate obligations regarding the confidentiality of personal data.
I am aware that:
1. This Consent to the processing of my personal data, provided when visiting the Company's Website and completing the application submitted to the Website Administration, is valid until the Consent is revoked by the Personal Data Subject.
2. Consent may be revoked by the Personal Data Subject at any time by sending a written request in any form to the email address: info@zuykov.com
3. Providing personal data of third parties without their consent entails liability in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
